Hettich offers preventative maintenance contracts following your purchase. An authorized service engineer will check the unit annually and replace parts where needed. Please contact your personal contact person at Hettich for rates and terms.
Need help unpacking and installing your unit, setting application parameters, or basic training? Ask your local Hettich representative about our installation program.
As an extra option, every setup can undergo IQ / OQ certification. A copy of signed documents will remain with every unit onsite. Please contact your personal contact person at Hettich for rates and terms.
There should be no long downtimes in the laboratory. If a repair is not possible within a reasonable period of time, there is the option of providing you with a loaner unit for the interim period.
All Hettich products do have a warranty time of 24 month.
