New Leadership at Andreas Hettich GmbH
The Hettich Group is embarking on a new era of leadership as it restructures its management team for long-term growth and innovation. After two decades of successful leadership by the Eberle family, the company is implementing a forward-looking realignment set to take effect on April 1, 2025.
A strong leadership team for the future
The newly appointed CEO, Ralf Ledda, has over 25 years of management experience in leading companies in the healthcare industry. He brings extensive expertise and a proven track record in corporate leadership.
Joining him in this new leadership structure are Leopold Frank, previously Technical Director, and Christoph Pabst, previously Commercial Director, who will assume executive management roles. Together, this dynamic leadership team will provide a strong foundation for the company's continued expansion and sustainability.
Smooth transition and continued strategic focus
The current Managing Directors, Klaus-Günter and Kristina Eberle, will remain actively involved in the company during a transition period before stepping into new roles as Chairman and Member of the Advisory Board. This ensures a seamless transition while preserving the company’s strategic direction and core values.
“We are proud of what we have achieved alongside our dedicated employees and look ahead with confidence. With Ralf Ledda, Leopold Frank, and Christoph Pabst, supported by the entire Hettich Group team, we are certain that the company will continue on its successful trajectory,”
Klaus-Günter Eberle.
Looking ahead
With this leadership transition, the Hettich Group is reinforcing its commitment to growth, innovation, and sustainability. The company expresses its gratitude to its employees, customers, and partners for their continued trust and support.
