Company name change to Andreas Hettich GmbH

As of September 24, 2024, the legal form of Andreas Hettich GmbH & Co. KG has been changed through a conversion to a GmbH, and the company has been officially renamed to Andreas Hettich GmbH. 

The company is now registered with the Commercial Register of the Stuttgart District Court under HRB 796444.

Both our bank account details and VAT identification number remain the same, as do all general terms and conditions, sales, and delivery terms.

The company’s address is also unaffected by this change—only the company name has been updated.
