Your tasks

  • Carrying out payroll accounting for approx. 350 employees, taking into account collective bargaining, company, labor, tax and social security regulations
  • Processing special payroll-related transactions, e.g. one-off payments, partial retirement, company pension schemes and garnishments 
  • Coordination with external bodies such as offices, authorities and health insurance companies, including reporting and certification, support during company audits
  • Contact person (m/f/d) for all topics relating to company and collectively agreed regulations, pay composition and pay deductions as well as company pension schemes
  • Creating evaluations and key figures according to specifications
  • Support with HR projects

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training 
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of payroll accounting
  • Sound SAP-HR user knowledge
  • Very good knowledge of payroll tax, social security and labor law as well as the collective bargaining law of the metal and electrical industry
  • Reliable and responsible way of working
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
