Your tasks
- Self-responsible quotation and order processing including deadline tracking
- Preparation of all relevant export documents and handling of the usual customs formalities in compliance with company-, country- and customer-specific regulations
- Maintaining contacts with, advising and supporting domestic and foreign customers
- Customer master data maintenance in the ERP system
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on foreign trade and exports
- Relevant professional experience in sales
- Confident handling of an ERP system (preferably SAP) and common MS Office applications
- Very good written and spoken English, further foreign language skills desirable
- Strong customer and service orientation, independent working style as well as teamwork and communication skills
