Your tasks
- Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable, including posting bank statements, incoming invoices and company credit card receipts
- Posting and checking business transactions
- Creating accrual postings
- Managing fixed assets
- Preparing the advance sales tax return
- Assisting with the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Supporting department management with continuous process improvements in financial accounting
- Cash management
- Taking on supporting administrative activities
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience
- Initial experience with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Confident handling of HGB accounting
- SAP knowledge desirable
- Confident in dealing with the common MS Office programs
- Independent, service and results-oriented way of working
- Good knowledge of English
